Precision casting

Precision casting, Lost wax casting, classic technique called silica-sol. Classic technology that allows to obtain parts with tight dimensional tolerances, allows to obtain functional shapes directly by casting, obtaining a particularly smooth and good-looking surface. This technology is used extensively with all stainless steels as well as carbon steels and low-alloy steels. The patterns are made from solid aluminium blocks therefore have a higher initial investment than the lost wax waterglass. Mechanical finish included if required.
